Ubah 

<Directory /var/www/>

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks AllowOverride None Require all granted 

</Directory>

Menjadi 

<Directory /var/www/>

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks AllowOverride All Require all granted 

</Directory>
